I was not able to get the slipcovers made during the Olympics because I couldn’t get inside Half Moon for the cushions! The camper sat patiently under a layer of snow. Silly planning. Anyway, I have the cushions now and will get to them soon. Since the Olympics are over I must find another block of dedicated time for working on them. I have a couple of new audio books on Kindle so will listen and sew a few hours in the evenings, when I can.

Brand new but brown ugly cushions for camper, pink stripe slip cover fabric- cotton duck fabric
In the meantime, I did get some small projects done during the Olympics:

Bunting or flag banners. I made two, each has 9 flags.

Quilted candle mat

Throw pillows – first of many to come!

Wool blanket with hand crochet edging

Flannel portfolio cover- for home use

Needle felted portfolio cover

Felt pouches to protect electronics

Happy Strings – no purpose other than to make me smile

Happy String close up

Quilting projects: 2 round place mats, pink table runner, blue lap quilt (in case a guy visits). All need binding sewn on and then they are done

Fleece blanket with binding and owl appliques- need to add eyes and other details to owls.

Owl door hanger….needs beak and feet. Made using photo shown as inspiration

Current state of my dining room

Dining room again
Brrrr…another cold storm is moving in and my earwarmer is worn out. Made a new one to wear right now!

Ear warmer headband crochet…just added a crochet flower, not shown in this photo

Selfie modeling my new ear warmer- will pull over ears when I go out!
I saw something similar on pinterest. Been hoarding old jewlery, wooden spools, felt flowers….now I know why. Emptied out a whole box (I made two others for the house). They look cool on door handles.
I made it up but will write it out for you!
crochet hooks and stitch names are a bit different from yours!
Thanks! Having fun with it!
