I always take off the Sunday after Easter. That is today! However, with the winter weather and my camper in the shop, I am sitting at home in my jammies, playing around with my web site settings (fixed the comments section so that anyone can comment now).

A wonderful young man is filling in for me at church, which is right next door to where I live. It is his first time ever leading worship and doing a sermon. So, I am trying to make it look like I am gone. I have all the blinds shut and the van pulled up close to the garage. I will bring Tango in soon so he doesn’t bark at anyone.

This is not what I envisioned for vacation but I am content.Just having a Sunday off is amazing.  I have gotten lots of things done this past week and have lots of yard work–if the weather ever clears, which I am beginning to doubt. However, if it does, I will escape in the van again.
