I finally bought the Kindle edition of The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up: The Japanese Art of Decluttering and Organizing. I waited for several reasons: I knew it would consume me, and my book wish list on Amazon is a mile long. Finally, the book rose to the top of the list and it did consume me.
I read the book in bed last night and my mind started ruminating about all the things I can toss. Impossible to sleep after that, so I arose and started right in. I have 6 boxes of stuff to donate to the thrift store. This book/method is exactly what I needed to take me further down the road of decluttering. I have pared things down considerably in recent years and am now down to dear things and memories. However, I wish I had started the book on the morning of my day off and not on a work night. My Fitbit told me I slept only 4 hours and 15 minutes last night.
Speaking of Fitbit, here is an interesting read by another Fitbit-er. It does motivate me to walk more often. I love monitoring my sleep habits and heart rate.
Onward!
I’ve always known that gadgets like the Fitbit-er existed, but was never serious about searching it out. I’ll see if I can find it. Thanks for mentioning it!
Okay, so I see it right here on your page! Thanks!
I saw a review yesterday on CNN of several of fitness monitors. They all do well. I love mine!!!!
