The main focus of Jane’s Journals is everyday life, aging, and the nomadic lifestyle, told in the here and now with a bit of humor. Day-to-day living. That won’t change.

However, I am adding two additional threads:

• A more “investigative” look at issues making headlines, including political issues (border wars, budget cutting, refugees), told in the present. Some of JJs readers enjoy these educational pieces, especially readers who live outside the US and don’t know all the ins and out of government agencies. These will now be published as Sunday Reflections. Just skip these if they are not for you!
• A rear view, reflective look at the journey that I have been on since last year, when I retired. These will be filed under Rear View Mirror, 2016-2017.
