I slept well last night so I decided that this would be the day when I stay on the phone with Blue Host until my website problem gets solved. I wondered if the problem was related to all my banking changes last summer and not a technical support issue? I dialed billing this time and clenched my teeth. Yep. After weeks talking to technical support it turns out that Blue Host tried to bill the annual hosting fee to the debit card from the bank that closed my account last summer because I am a wanderer. Simple enough–gave them new card number. WT-Fluhaha? I cannot begin to understand why tech support did not know this. What kind of substandard service is this from a major hosting service? Who cares now? This time I won the customer support lottery after just a few minutes.
I do have lots of news, although it would take hours to catch up. The short version: leaving Akron for Colorado Aug 12. Mom is safe in a new facility although she is not happy. Marvin is doing well at home. Tango and I are itching to get on the road. Baby Silas is growing like crazy in-utero and we can’t wait to meet him in person.
