Okay, so here is the special weather statement for this week: SIGNIFICANT SPRING STORM SYSTEM COULD BRING SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS AND HEAVY MOUNTAIN SNOWS TO PORTIONS OF SOUTHEAST WYOMING AND NEBRASKA PANHANDLE WEDNESDAY INTO THURSDAY. If you read between the lines it says, “that means you Wheatland, WY”. Huh? What? Will we miss spring entirely this…
